Sheila Mutter,
General Partner and CFO

Sheila joined Technology Partners in 1992. She is a General Partner and the firm's Chief Financial Officer. She handles all areas of financial management and reporting requirements, partnership formation and compliance, as well as, the administrative and operational functions of the firm.

Sheila is one of the original organizers of the VCBC, an organization of private equity and venture capital accounting and finance professionals that has a current membership of over 300 professionals.  She is the Co-Chairperson of the San Francisco Chapter of the VCBC.

Prior to joining Technology Partners, Sheila was a supervisor of financial reporting at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.  Previously, she was with Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) as an Audit Supervisor, where she worked with public and private companies in a diverse range of industries.

Sheila received her BS in accounting from University of Akron, Ohio with honors and obtained her CPA license in 1987.
